How are your products sourced and made?
We work directly with our manufacturing partners in China, without intermediaries. We personally visit the factories, select the fabrics on site and assess working conditions to ensure our standards are met.

Where are your products shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Zurich. Storing products locally allows us to perform final inspections, ensure careful packaging and provide reliable delivery to our customers.

Silk duvets should be aired regularly and kept dry. Most silk duvets are not machine washable. Professional cleaning is recommended when needed. Always follow the care instructions provided with your product.
