Duvet
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your duvet isn’t the right fit, we offer a 30-day return policy with no questions asked. Returned duvets are never resold. They are responsibly recycled or donated whenever possible.
Bedding
Our bedding is covered by a 30-day return policy. If the colour or texture is not what
you expected, or if your items arrive with any damage, we are happy to arrange a free return.
To help us reduce waste, we kindly ask you to check the fabric by opening only the top
of the packaging before unsealing the full set. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept
returns of used or washed bedding. If you discover damage or a size issue after
opening the package, we will gladly arrange a free return or exchange within 30 days.
As a small-batch local brand, our policies may differ from larger retailers, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding.
