These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of products offered by Elaine Global GmbH, registered in Zurich, Switzerland. By accessing the website or placing an order you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree you should not use this website.

3. Product information
We aim to present our products with clarity and accuracy. Due to the nature of natural materials and handcrafted production, slight variations in texture, colour or weight may occur. Product availability can change at any time and offering a product on the website does not guarantee that it is in stock.

4. Prices and payment
Prices are listed in the displayed currency and include or exclude VAT depending on your location and our tax setup. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Your payment will be processed at the time of order.

5. Order process and contract formation
After you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not yet form a binding contract. The contract is formed once we send the shipping confirmation.

6. Shipping and delivery
We ship to the regions listed on our website. Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to customs procedures, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. Once the parcel is handed to the carrier the responsibility for timely delivery lies with the carrier. You will receive a tracking link whenever available.

7. Returns and refunds
We want you to feel fully comfortable with your purchase. Both mulberry silk duvets and bedding items may be returned within thirty days of delivery.
For duvets, the item does not need to be in its original condition or packaging. For bedding, the product must be unused and unwashed due to hygiene reasons.
To start a return, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the steps and provide the return address. Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.

8. Use of the website
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not harm, limit or interfere with the website or its users. Any attempt to breach security, misuse content or manipulate transactions is strictly prohibited.
